VGSoM offers a diverse range of academic programs, including a flagship two-year full-time residential Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. IIT Roorkee Department of Management Studies

DoMS IIT Roorkee Placements 2023 final report is released with 100% placements recorded. A total of 64 students registered for placements. 37.50% of the total students received pre-placement offers. DMS IIT Roorkee average package increased by 9% to INR 18.34 LPA whereas highest package increased about 8% to INR 27.94 LPA. More than 50 recruiters participated in the placement drive. Some of the top recruiters included Accenture Strategy, Adani, Barclays, Dell, Deloitte, Cognizant, HCL, EY, IBM etc. The highest number of recruitments are in the Operations, IT & Analytics domain (33%) followed by Marketing domain (29%). Students received diverse job roles like Management Trainee, Accelerated Leader, Young Leader’s Program, Assistant Manager, Associate & many more.

DoMS IIT Roorkee Summer Internship Placements 2024 final report is out now. According to the report, the highest stipend increased by 52.50% to INR 2.7 Lakhs while the average stipend increased by 31% to INR 1.05 Lakhs per month. The highest number of students were selected in the Marketing domain (29%) followed by the General Management domain (23%).
