The answer is B.Dull.
‘Obtuse’ means:
a.lacking accuracy, adaptability and intellectual.
b.having an edge or point that is not sharp.
A. and C. are antonyms of ‘obtuse’.
B.’Dull’ always clicks in as the first meaning of ‘obtuse’.
